I have a certified chain of kitchen aide stand mixer. I have purchased a new add-on to ensure that I had all the components, and directions. I do have all this and reading the commands so far both (the new setup and my previous setup) just sit in the housing. I switch on my mixer and it does not rotate. I did not get it new. The blending bowl division is great; the accessories part is what I can’t get to work. Can you help me to solve Kitchen aide mixer attachment trouble? Please give me all info how to troubleshoot.
