Well, I have decided step into food outlets business and will mainly focus on Italian dishes and se foods. But, I have no idea of cooking wares and equipments needed in the kitchen. I will make pasta dishes, sea foods, pizzas and soups etc. I have no idea about restaurant kitchen equipment and where to buy it. Where can I find restaurant kitchen equipment? Please help me and suggest cheapest one.
