What irritates me is the time taken in uniformly tossing up those long strands of noodles and spaghetti with sauces, vegetables and seasonings. But I thank Williams-Sonoma for introducing Olivewood Pasta Rakes, made in Italy out of Olive wood.
These wooden rakes are 9 inches long, which might just give you an idea of the efficiency of a spatula handle and the forked projections for uniformly tossing everything with spaghetti. To appeal you enough these rakes are dishwasher safe and available only at $26. I just cannot wait long to order the highly-functional piece of cutlery from Williams-Sonoma…nor can the noodle lovers.
